Payment Processing & Fraud Prevention
Authorization at Checkout: Your card is authorized when you place the order. The actual charge is captured when the order enters processing.
Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, we will notify you via email. Your order will be placed on hold while we await updated payment information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, the order will be canceled.
Fraud Screening: Orders flagged by our payment processor’s fraud detection system may require additional verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity and will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
