At AutoFeedBird, we know that when you order a poultry feeder or drinker, you need it on the ground and in service — not stuck in limbo. This policy lays out exactly how we handle shipping, what it costs, and when you can expect your gear to arrive. Everything below applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to:
If you place an order with a restricted destination address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. If no alternative can be provided, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.
Shipping is straightforward:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before you confirm payment. There are no surprise fees after the fact.
Every order moves through two phases:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing when regular operations resume.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on standard carrier schedules. During peak seasons or severe weather, transit may take longer — we appreciate your patience in those situations.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Tracking typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after you receive the notification.
Large orders may be split across multiple shipments at no additional cost to you. If a split occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. AutoFeedBird is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package shows as Delivered in the carrier’s tracking system but you have not received it:
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted by the carrier, so please inspect your delivery promptly.
