We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AutoFeedBird. This policy explains how returns and refunds work — what’s covered, what’s not, and exactly how to get the process started if something isn’t right.
You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be:
Items that have been assembled, installed, filled with feed or water, or exposed to outdoor conditions are not eligible for return.
Due to the nature of our products, please note:
You must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.
Here is the process:
Returns sent without a valid RMA number, or sent to any address other than the one we provide, will not be accepted.
When the return is due to our error — you received a defective product, the wrong item, or an item damaged in transit — we cover the return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label.
When the return is for any other reason — changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the product doesn’t fit your setup — return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a traceable shipping method; we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
$0.00 — No Restocking Fees. We do not charge restocking fees on any return, regardless of the reason. What you paid is what you get back, minus only any return shipping costs that fall under your responsibility as outlined above.
You will receive email confirmation at each step.
If your return is processed and you haven’t seen the refund after 12 business days, contact your bank or card issuer first. If they confirm no pending credit, reach out to us at Help@autofeedbird.com.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered processing. To cancel, email Help@autofeedbird.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled — you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, installation, or tampering. Items returned in non-resalable condition will not be refunded and will be held for 14 calendar days for customer pickup or return shipping at the customer’s expense.
